John was very helpful to us on getting us very thorough and fast service! He even worked with us on pricing after having our first home fail inspection. He spent time on the phone with us, explaining everything in layman's terms and we have full trust in him and his work. He traveled to Lake County (without charging us a trip fee) spent the entire day at our (forever home) and got us the report the same night. We did a full inspection, 4 point and Wind mitigation with him and would refer him to anyone that needs a home inspection.

I needed a wind mitigation for my home owners insurance and I contacted John at Platinum Home Inspections. He was responsive, polite, professional… getting me scheduled within days. He showed up a little early for the appointment, which I appreciate, and was done in less than an hour. Very respectful of my property and informative as to what he needed from me and what he needed to access on my property.
