  Very thorough, professional, as well as informative. I've experienced inspectors at both ends of the spectrum and John from Platinum is at the top! John answered all my questions and although I felt like I was bothering him he made me assured,  through his pleasant nature I was not.

  Completely satisfied with the service provided by Platinum Home Inspections.John thoroughly inspected the house as well took samples for  water quality and mold presence which were sent to the lab. The reports were available same day online. It was easy to communicate with him by phone or texting and he  answered questions demonstrating solid knowledge.
