Platinum Home Inspections, LLC was started during the Covid-19 pandemic. John Bolderson was working his eleventh year for a steel fabrication company in Central Florida when he realized he wasn’t content working in the corporate sector. It was shortly after John was forced to work from his residents due to the pandemic. In the back of his head, John always knew he wanted to start his own business and found no better time to start than now, during this time. Platinum Home Inspections, LLC has been growing rapidly due to our quality inspections, going the extra mile for our clients, and the integrity we strive to maintain!
Platinum Home Inspections, LLC is run by John Bolderson, who is a 13-year Lake County resident after being raised in South Florida. John Bolderson was born in Newport, RI, where his ever-growing love for the salt life began. His lifestyle yearning for the sea is obvious when most of his leisure time is spent surfing, snorkeling, swimming, sailing, and learning new offshore fishing techniques. John knew it was a keeper when he moved his family to Clermont several years ago. His wife, Kim, a born and bred California Girl, works in the property title industry; their daughter, Madison, a California Girl by birth, is a Junior at Florida State University. Their son, Cole, is a middle school honor student who continues to show great promise in baseball and basketball. Family comes first is the mantra for this loving clan.
